Ali Ercan - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Ali Ercan has served as the General Manager, a Member of the Board of Directors, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors in body of Ercan Company Group occupied in the fields of ceramics, tourism and mining. He particularly holds high level knowledge and experience in ceramic and granite production as well as financial management.
Having actualised many projects in the fields of construction, tourism and ceramics, Ail Ercan also takes part in various non-governmental organisations as a founding member.
Azra Deniz KIZILKAYA - Member of the Board of Directors
Having started her business career in Enka Holding A.Ş., she has moved to Aktif Finans Faktoring A.Ş. (currently Garanti Faktoring A.Ş.), the first factoring company of Turkey, as a management trainee. Later, she has taken positions as a manager in both internal bank factoring departments and various departments of factoring companies.
She has taken part as a department manager in founding of International Factoring and Correspondent Affairs departments in İş Faktoring A.Ş. and Garanti Faktoring A.Ş. Since the start of 2021 she has worked as the founding General Manager of a fintech company and managed international banking relationships of the group.
Uğur YÜCE - Member of the Board of Directors
Uğur YÜCE was born in 1977 in Denizli. He has graduated from Ankara University Political Sciences Faculty Finance Department, and earned his post-graduate degree in USA, at Emory University Goizueta Business School (MBA). Currently he continues his studies at İstanbul Trade University Institute of Finance Banking doctorate program.
Uğur YÜCE has worked as an inspector for the Ministry of Finance between 2002 and 2004, as has held the positions of Banking Expert, Coordinator, Group Director and Director of the Department of Practices in body of the Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Board since 2004.

Starting his business career in 1993 as an Assistant Inspector in Department of Inspections of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., Hüseyin Çalışkan has worked in the position of an Inspector between 1993 and 2002. Having held the position of Assistant Director of the Commercial Credit Allocations Department of the same Bank between 2002 and 2007, and the position of Department Manager of SME Credit Allocations Department between 2007 and 2013, Hüseyin Çalışkan was assigned as the Assistant General Manager of İş Faktoring A.Ş. in 2013.
Having served as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in İş Faktoring A.Ş. until 2024, Hüseyin Çalışkan was retired from Türkiye İş Bankası in November 2024, and moved over to Q Finans Faktoring A.Ş. in the positions of General Manager, and currently still holds this position.

Born in 1988 in Bilecik, Hakkı Çatman completed secondary education in Mustafa Şeker Anatolian High School, and earned his license degree from Eskişehir Anadolu University Department of Business Management in 2011. He holds a CPA certificate. He has worked as an Assistant Accounting Expert in Euro Dekor A.Ş. between 2009 and 2011, and as an Accounting Expert in Bien Yapı Ürünleri Turizm Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. between 2012 and 2013. Since 2016 he holds the position of the Director of Financial Affairs in Qua Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürün. San. Tic. A.Ş. In addition to this, he also holds the positions of a member of the board of directors for the Q Yatırım Holding company group.

Mustafa Sil was born in 1981 in Samsun. After graduating from Bursa Boys’ High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bursa Uludağ University, and his master’s degree in Banking from the Institute of Banking and Insurance at Marmara University.
He began his banking career in 2006 as a Management Trainee (MT) and has since held various managerial positions in Corporate, Commercial, and SME Lending, Regional Credit Management, and Corporate & Commercial Marketing at several domestic and international banks. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in major areas such as bank establishment and bank mergers.
As of 2025, Mr. Sil joined Q Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. as a Credit Consultant, and in June 2025, he was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer and Deputy General Manager in Charge of Credits. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at the group companies Q Finans Faktoring A.Ş. and Allbatros Yatırım A.Ş.
Tevfik Rüştü Ayhan Albayrak - Member of the Board of Directors
Tevfik Rüştü Ayhan Albayrak was born in 1955 in Osmancik. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences in 1981.
He began his professional career at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. in 1984 at the Mithatpaşa Branch in Ankara. Between 1987 and 2000, he served as Chief and Deputy Manager at the Bank’s Başkent Branch. From 2000 to 2003, he held the position of Assistant Regional Manager at the Ankara 2nd Regional Directorate. In 2003, he was appointed Branch Manager of the İncesu Branch in Ankara and retired from the Bank in 2007.
In 2009, Mr. Albayrak joined the Ercan Group of Companies, where he served as Credit Manager at Bien Seramik A.Ş. and Qua Hayal Seramik A.Ş.
In 2025, he was appointed first as Advisor and subsequently as a Member of the Board of Directors at Q Yatırım Bankası A.Ş., while also taking on the role of Member of the Board of Directors at Q Finans Faktoring A.Ş. He continues to serve in these capacities.
